Family atmosphere, impressive rooms. A lot of facilities such as: a private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating.

pleasant hotel with particularly nice view over the town, excellent restaurant. spacious rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. lots of appetising food for meals. generally the service was admirable. the pool area was great too. simply no complains at all, comfortable stay.

Dining was quick and convenient, yet the decor felt a bit outdated.

great mountain views with easy access to trento's sights

I enjoyed fine views over the town and the convenience of being only 4 km from Trento Cathedral and Piazza Duomo, made my weekend city strolls so much easier and enjoyable. The hotel also has a cute, homely atmosphere that's perfect for weekend travelers like me who appreciate discovering local landmarks and parks.

The room offered fine panoramic views. The pool area was relaxing and well-maintained.

Despite the beautiful setting, the service left something to be desired.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the pool and jacuzzi were the highlights. The views from the hotel were amazing. The secure parking was a plus, too. It's a great base for visiting bolzano, merano, trento, and the tonale pass.

Great for a Mountain Getaway

The owner was warm and helped us plan our hiking adventures. Dining offered tasty meals, though choices were limited. For families, pack snacks for nearby outings and explore the hiking trails for beautiful scenery.

We stayed in a family room with a panoramic view and balcony, and the scenery was breathtaking while enjoying relaxing moments in the spa and the heated swimming pool. The staff was friendly and really accommodating, allowing us extended spa hours, which was a nice touch! The only hiccup was that the wifi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, it was a wonderful stay. 😊

The pool was a splash-tastic hit with the kids, and the room was spacious. The breakfast spread was good, keeping everyone smiling all morning.

But about that dinner? Honestly, I could've whipped up a better meal blindfolded! A test of patience, darling.

In my wife's opinion, the pool area was a bit overcrowded during peak times. It would be great if they could limit the number of guests allowed in the pool at once to ensure a more pleasant experience for families.

We took advantage of the free bicycles, great to explore some trails. The gym was a nice perk, and we enjoyed activities like snowshoeing. The staff were friendly, and the pasta at dinner was fantastic!

would have stayed for longer

The family room was spacious with a nice seating area and a balcony offering amazing views of the Dolomite Mountains. The breakfast had freshly baked croissants and local jams. The spa facilities included a hot tub and sauna which were perfect for relaxation after skiing. Kids loved the indoor pool! Great dining options too!

The staff was helpful, assisting me with setting up my presentation equipment and providing local insights. The views from the hotel were fine, especially from my room with a panoramic view. The underground parking facility was excellent, and the dining experience highlighted authentic local cuisine.

The hotel provided excellent service and the staff were friendly and helpful. the restaurant offered delicious food, with the chefs accommodating special requests. the pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, but could be adjusted to individual preferences. the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding.
